Great location to downtown Helen. Rich was a great host and was always in contact. Dylan and Lucy were amazing. The place is a good price for the location and space that you get.

The best! The location is so convenient to downtown Helen, less than two miles. Close enough to get to Helen quickly but far enough away that it’s not loud or noisy and no crowds. The apartment is so cozy. Some Airbnb’s are sterile hotel-like carbon copy spaces, but Rich’s genuinely felt like being in our home. There were board games for the kids, Roku to watch shows, washer and dryer. And Rich was so gracious and kind. We told him we weee visiting Helen on Christmas because all of our family was gone or busy. He decorated the kids bunk bed with Christmas lights and brought us Christmas dinner. He also offered lots of restaurant suggestions. The pictures don’t do this place justice! It was clean, neat, comfortable and the kids still had some room to play indoors.

Great place to stay when visiting Helen. Very convenient to town and the back gate gives quick access to the park.

This was absolutely the perfect “home base” for exploring Helen! It was close and convenient, yet secluded. The space was clean and very comfortable. We felt right at home! Unfortunately, Rich was out of town for our visit, but his hospitality translated well despite the distance. He was very communicative and checked in occasionally via text to ensure we had all we needed. His sons were also very sweet and offered helpful advice. The check out process was the easiest I’ve ever experienced with a vacation rental. It is very clear that Rich and his family want you to be comfortable and have a good trip! 10/10!!
