Perfect little place for a getaway! Right on the beach and very cleanly! The only down was having a bigger car and a smaller parking lot, but we managed! Highly recommend this place to others!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend! Tesseract delivered a high quality product once again. They are my default choice when I’m in the area. Clean, responsive, and quality units. This unit has private beach access!

By far the one of the best pet-friendly places to get for the price. Company is very responsive to inquiries and requests. Gets pretty sandy, so you will definitely have to do some sweeping. Otherwise, my wife and I would definitely stay again!

We booked another place originally but then got moved to this unit because of plumbing issues in the last unit. We had high expectations based on the pictures that this Airbnb provided. The check-in was easy, but we noticed the following after staying there for 4 days: - The parking is very narrow and is almost impossible to get out of your designated parking space. - The bathrooms were super small and confined, almost like a closet. The water pressure was awful and made the showering experience subpar at most. Additionally, I spotted a cockroach crawling under the sink area. - The lights in the bedrooms are controlled via remote control, and had a mind of its own. Every time I switched it off, it would just turn on randomly; which was very annoying when trying to sleep. - The dishes in the space were not very clean, and we had to make sure they were washed before using any of them. No coffee or sugar for the coffee machine either. - The bedsheets and the pillowcases were dirty when we came in there, so we thought that we might need to give them a wash; but alas, there was no detergent in sight. - Sand. Sand everywhere. The beds were very comfortable and was probably the highlight of this space, and I liked the size of the TV. Overall, the space was nice enough, but I would not book again.

We set up reservations for our stay several weeks in advance of our vacation. Tesseract contacted us just a few weeks before our arrival and asked to move us due to unexpected maintenance issues. We agreed to relocate, only to be contacted again shortly before our arrival to ask us to accept another location, once again due to unexpected maintenance issues. When we arrived we found the unit to be very sparse and furnished with the bare necessities, it felt very clinical. The cleanliness left much to be desired. The countertops and bathroom (bathtub especially) had barely been touched. The floors were not as clean as they should have been...there was even a sock left behind presumably by a previous tenant left under the couch. We are of the older generation and had trouble with operating the television remotes as well as the heat and air system. Someone from Tesseract communicated with us only by text and never gave us a call even though we asked them to repeatedly. The unit was cold due to the air conditioning being on (in December...I assume it was left on by the cleaning crew), and because we were unfamiliar with the technology, it was at least two hours before we managed to get the heat set and warm up the unit. there were very thin blankets on the beds, Tesseract did deliver some more blankets a few hours later, that were stained. The description of amenities barely measured up to what was actually furnished. The walls and the ceiling (floor of upper unit) were very thin...we could hear everything the other tenants were doing. The outside of the units were not kempt, there was trash everywhere. one of the requirements for checking out is to dispose of your trash in the recepticols provided, which were outside one of the bedroom windows and overflowing excessively. Not a very pleasant view. The best we can say about our stay is that it was a place to sleep, the couch was nice and the unit was local to the beach (a plus if you stay during summer months) and restaurants. Other than that, I would not recommend this company...save your money and find a more accommodating and pleasant place to stay. I have pictures to back up my description, unfortunately there isn't an option to share those with you.
