Jeremiah was absolutely great to us, so friendly with us and our grandkids. Our granddaughter loved his chickens and he took the time to teach her all about them and gave her food to feed them right out of her hand. The property was so large for our dog and the kids to play. We had a fire on most nights in the fire pit with s’mores for the kiddos. It was a great time for all and we will be back next year for another week stay. This was our first experience with Airbnb. This place was quiet & peaceful. The property is beautiful. We especially enjoyed the view through the three living room windows of the large private backyard. Jerimiah was very accommodating and answered all our questions. The kitchen was well stocked. Jerimiah and Victoria were very friendly. We wouldn't hesitate staying at this place again.
This place was extremely well thought out. It was able to accommodate our family of four on a short notice. Josiah was more than responsive, he went out of his way to make our stay more comfortable. The property and location truly make this a gem of southern Virginia Beach.

Hello! Thanks for checking out my profile :) After 8 years of learning the ins and outs of vacation property management, I am so excited to finally own my own home to offer! The Sea Board is sure to enhance the pleasure I feel when helping guests have the best vacation, outing or getaway possible. I am a Virginia Beach resident since 1999 and nearly all of those years have been localized in Sandbridge and Pungo. It would be a great joy for me to help you plan out your trip sourced from many years of familiarity of the Hampton Roads area! My primary line of business is as a contractor for the banking and sign industry. We install ATMs, safes, vaults and various banking equipment as well as perform sign lighting and maintenance service nationwide. For personal enrichment, I enjoy design/build of large scale art, remote camping/self-reliance, gardening, coaching little league and exploring West Neck Creek/North Landing River.
