It is located in a quiet street, with its balcony being perfect for coffee break, as it faces a stone-paved small street, looking towardsTsimiski str (one of the main commercial streets of Thessaloniki) Some have called it “Little Palace”. This luxurious, recently renovated, apartment at the edje of Thessaloniki’s center, is fully equipped and ready to welcome visitors in our city. It can host up to 6 people - perfect for families, groups of people and businessmen. It is located in a quiet street, just a road parallel to Tsimiski str (one of the main shopping streets of Thessaloniki). Its balcony, with its coffee table set, is perfect for coffee breaks, especially during the noon hours where the sun faces the apartment and fills it with light. The balcony faces a stone-paved street with direct view to Tsimiski Str. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with a double bed each one (1,40cm x 190cm/bed). The sitting area features a comfortable corner sofa which can be converted to an, also, comfortable double bed and a TV set, where guests can watch movies on Netflix or hear music on Spotify and Youtube (as long as they have their onw account). The kitchen is fully stocked with most cookware, pots, and pans for the preparation of meals during your stay and all stort of glasses (wine, beer, water), mugs for coffee and tea, espresso glass cups and has a microwave, an oven, a fridge, a coffee maker, a kettle, stovetop espresso maker, toaster etc. There is a bench which is used as a table with 4 stools and an extra one inside the hall's closet. The bench has an extend for up to 6 people. The bathroom features a rain shower cabin, ideal for relaxation after a long day of touring or working and a washing machine. The apartment is at the disposal of the guests and no one else has access to it. The neighborhood is very quiet, although just a road parallel to Tsimiski Str and features all amenities for a pleasant stay: On the corner of the building, there is a mini market, ideal for the purchase of everyday goods, open almost 24hours. Very convenient for our guests, especially the first day of their arrival! The bakery " Titania Bakery (Tsimiski) " is 90meters away, where our guests can find, besides different kind of breads, sandwiches, pastries, cakes, take away coffee etc. Around the neighborhood one can find all kind of restaurants: greek, chinese, european. The White_Tower_of_ Thessaloniki , the symbol of the city and the seaside of Thessaloniki are 500 meters away, easily walkable. The Arch of Galerius and Rotunda (Kamara) are 500 meters away.
