La casa di Gabriella, molto accogliente ed estremamente elegante, corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione ed è anche molto attrezzata in cucina. Complimenti!

Alloggio molto grande, ideale per famiglie numerose oppure gruppi di amici. Dotato di tutto l’occorrente anche per cucinare. Molto comodo avere il posto auto. Si può andare a piedi in centro senza prendere l’automobile. Gabriella molto gentile e disponibile. Da migliorare la pulizia trattandosi di un appartamento molto grande e pieno di oggetti. Nel complesso consigliato e approvato!

2 family of 4 (4 adults & 4 kids; 8,6,4 and 4 years old). 2 appartements linked together by a door. One kitchen is one of them. 2 bathroomes. 2 car park possible. Easy access to Montova by foot. Good communication with Maria via Airbnb or whats app. Maria let us some water bottle in the fridge, very nice as it was hot.

The place is excellent for a large group. Beds are confortable, bathrooms are nice. Not suitable to a group with young children as there are lots and lots of fragile things spread around. The place is clean and welcoming, but decisively cluttered. Now, I like the type of clutter the owner displays in the apartment, as it is very tasteful. But it is really a lot of stuff. Most importantlly, guests should be told that the AC is a one portable unit in one room. The apartment is on the ground floor, so it does not get too hot. But the ad should clarify that only one unit has AC and that unit does not cool off the other rooms. The apartment complex where we were staying is not very quiet, which matters as we had to leave the windows open for the heath.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder zu Gabriella gehen! Sie war vom ersten Kontakt an sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel. Wir durften sie jeder Zeit bei Fragen kontaktieren. In ihre Wohnung war für fünf Erwachsene und ein Baby (9 Monate) genügend Platz. Es waren genügend Tücher etc. für uns alle vorhanden. Die Wohnung war angenehm kühl (für warme Monate super). Die Wohnung hat die perfekte Lage um die (Alt-)Stadt Mantova zu Fuss zu erkunden. Ein grosser Pluspunkt war für uns auch der sichere Parkplatz im Innenhof. Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden, vielen herzlichen Dank, Gabriella.
