We have just returned from a wonderful Xmas break with the extended family and friends. The cottages are perfect for a large family. We made use of the health club which is only a short drive away and the hot tub added to the fun. We particularly enjoyed having the farm shop so close and the breakfast was excellent. Thank you Sam!

The place is really nice, only a short drive to barnham broom and the hosts really accommodating, I would definitely go again.

Perfect for our family get together before a wedding. The rooms are spacious and modern and there's a huge shared garden. There's a games room with toys/books and a table tennis table. The farm shop and cafe is superb with quality produce. Excellent pub is easily walkable in honingham.

It was great! We had the entire property and it was ideal for us giving us sufficient space for 'down-time' as well as socialising in the central house and garden! Farm Shop opposite is excellent, well worth checking out! The availability of the pool and local facilities is a great added bonus and we certainly used it! Sam was great, we had a few minor issues where the power kept tripping but Sam was incredibly responsive in helping us out and giving us guidance on things to do in the local area. We would definitely recommend this!
