Our villa is around 5km/10min drive from the sea. It is newly built, nestled in heart of Salento, in a large olive and Mediterranean scrubland garden. It has a large porch and outdoor spaces including a small pool to spend moments of absolute relaxation. The scents of the countryside, the sea-view, the beautiful Mediterranean architecture and interiors of the house, all contribute to a sense of quietness and “joie de vivre”. We hope you will truly experience a wonderful holiday break. The house is surrounded by a vast olive grove of around 6000 sqm, enclosed by the typical dry-stone walls, sprinkled here and there with century-old carob trees, fig trees and “fichi d’India”, on a series of terraced levels gently sloping towards the sea. The interiors are spacious both in the living and in the sleeping areas. Inside Layout: - 2 large queen bedrooms - 2 bathrooms with shower - sofa-bed in the living - Open space living with dinner table and TV and fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, electric stove, oven and kettle. - Laundry - New reverse cycle air conditioning system Outside Layout: - Spacious verandah for al fresco dining + BBQ -Small pool (3x2.5mx1mdepth) with outdoor shower to relax and refresh during the hot days. (Kids need to be under supervision the all time). - Roof top gazebo and solarium with sun beds overlooking the all property. - Large garden Although the house is well insulated and naturally cool inside even in summer, it is provided with air conditioning. Over the winter months, on the other hand, it is kept warm by the fireplace in the living area and the heating system in the bedrooms. The location is particularly quiet and airy, and even in midsummer. You can reach the beaches in about ten minutes by car.

Gabriele’s house is a wonderful gem and is beautifully decorated. All the furniture including the beds are of the highest quality. The kitchen has everything you need and the welcome package included everything needed to feel at home right away. The house is located in a natural paradise surrounded by olive and fig trees and the ever present view of the ocean in the distance. The unique pool, outdoor shower and the rooftop patio round off this spectacular Salento countryside experience. It’s a short drive from many beautiful beach clubs and close to Gallipoli and Leuca with its many good restaurants. Gabriele and Nerina were the most wonderful hosts and made us feel like being part of their family during our stay. All questions and requests were immediately answered and resolved. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for genuine luxurious experience in this region. We will definitely come back, soon.

The house is magnificent and better than the pictures display. We had the unfortunate event of an electricity issue with certain appliances. Gabrielle and Giovanna tried to rectify with 2 electricians but the issue couldn't be fixed while we were there.
La maison correspond parfaitement à la description. Elle est située au calme, le jardin est magnifique et il nous a été très agréable de nous plonger dans la petite piscine. La cuisine est fonctionnelle. Les 2 chambres, séparées par 2 salles de bains, sont à l'écart du séjour et de la cuisine, les lève-tôt et les couche-tard n'ont pas réveillé les dormeurs... Bonus : terrasse sur le toit, grand barbecue, cueillette de fruits au jardin. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et il est certain que nous louerons de nouveau la maison de Gabriele lors de notre prochain séjour dans les Pouilles. Nous remercions Gabriele et sa maman pour leurs interventions rapides lors de nos questions ou sollicitations. Cela a été parfait !
Gabrielle’s place was just amazing! It was such a beautiful and peaceful location, completely private and with a gorgeous house and gardens. We absolutely loved eating breakfast each morning on the terrace with sea view, and watching the sunset from the roof terrace each evening. The little pool was so beautifully designed into the garden area and was so nice to enjoy in the very hot days. The location close to the beautiful beaches was also appreciated. Gabriele was a wonderful host with great communication and offering assistance with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend and very much hope to return!

This vacation home is located on a hills above the long sandy beaches of Torre Pali e Pescoluse, also called "Maldive del Salento", in a large private olive grove. The views of the sea and the beautiful sunsets are unique from there.
In the closest beach resorts Torre Pali, Marina di Salve, Pescoluse there are beach cafes, restaurants and some small shops. Supermarkets are located in Salve, about 1.5 km, and in Presicce. You can also find pharmacies, banks, a post office, cafes, restaurants and other shops. In the next resort of Torre Vado there is a pharmacy, small grocery stores and a fish shop. Behind the beaches begin the olive groves on the hills, which also provide a good opportunity for walking and cycling. Even small towns often have a local center with small architectural gems. A visit to Santa Maria di Leuca, Gallipoli, Lecce, Otranto is recommended. The Salento, also Salentine peninsula, is a subregion of Italy in the southern part of Puglia, between the Ionian Sea to the west and the Adriatic Sea to the east. The inhabitants of this area differ from the rest of the Puglia region due to cultural and linguistic differences. From a historical point of view the Salento belonged over several centuries to the ancient Terra d'Otranto. One can find a particular landscape, architecture and gastronomy here. The Salento is of course ideal for a beach holiday in the long summer, but also much more and not only in summer.
