Staying at Pam's place was pure joy. We had a wonderful time from the first day to the last (we stayed a month). The property was beautiful, full of flowers, trees, nature. Our pups loved it! Sitting on the deck was so private and peaceful - a great place for morning coffee and to do my daily yoga/pilates workout. Our granddaughters stayed overnight with us and loved the chickens, fish in the small pond, playing in the beautiful yard and helping Miss Pam create a beautiful flower bouquet from her gorgeous garden. We will definitely stay here again.

Pamela & Nicol were incredible hosts! My family had a fantastic stay and LOVED the converted barn. Terrific location, close to town, the ocean and lakes, we could not have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Maine. It's everything we were hoping for, and more!

Pamela and Nichol were gracious hosts. They provided extra touches that made our stay so special. The farm is beautiful and the barn apartment is so unique. It is a lovely space-both spacious and efficient. Pam provided us with gorgeous flowers and fresh eggs from their onsite chickens. Nichol gave us delicious homegrown vegetables and fruit. The location was central and made it easy to explore various parts of Portland. We had a wonderful stay.

Our stay was absolutely great and above our expectations. Pamela and Nikola are super sweet, very welcoming and thoughtful. My 4 years old loved the gardens and he keeps asking to go back to the farm! It is perfectly located near beaches and other beauties that Maine offers. It was our first time in Maine and I think it is my favorite place in the States! I would definitely recommend Pamela’s place, and I do hope we have the opportunity to go back. I can't recommend this apartment enough! It is larger than it appears in pictures and makes a great home base for day trips and a comfortable oasis if you're looking to stay in. The apartment is located within the barn, surrounded by lush greenery, gorgeous gardens, and ponds on the property. It's centrally-located, making day trips into Portland (~25 minutes), to nearby beaches (multiple options within 15-25 minutes), to mountains for hiking (multiple options within 30 minutes), and to local restaurants and breweries easy. Pam and Nicol were incredibly generous hosts, providing us with eggs from their hens and many delicious vegetables fresh from their gardens. They were responsive to messages and also had great local recommendations to share.
