If you are one person under the height of 6ft tall, this maybe ok for you. With the frame of the murphy bed making leg room impossible, we had to put the mattress on the floor. The bathroom was clean, very tight and shower was hard to use if you are tall. Also, there are NO windows in the room. Appeared room was a conversion from a storage room. It was right next to the elevator, which you could hear when residents were coming and going.
