This brand new studio is located on the lower level of a beautiful villa just a few minutes walk to the sea and only 30 minutes from the airport! There is a breath-taking garden all around, with olive, fig, lemon, orange and many other trees and flowers You can soak up the sun, swim or stroll along the beach walkway. The shops, beach restaurants, bus stop are nearby. Marathon museum, the Marathon Battle Site and other historical sites are easy to get to as well. A new studio built solely with our guests' needs and comfort in mind. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden and has its own entrance. The kitchen area is very convenient with a stove and microwave.

The accommodation was exactly as described, very clean and perfect for a short stay. Check-in worked great, even at 2 a.m. The hosts were extremely friendly and were able to give us great tips. Thanks for the great time here!

You will be only half an hour away from the airport, 10 minutes from the Port Rafina, where there are frequent ferries to neighboring islands. Port of Piraeus is only 40 minutes away. Small fee transportation from and to the airport, ports and other destinations. Easy bus and taxi service also available. The shops, supermarket and beach restaurants are all a few minutes walk.
