Fully tiled modern bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. The apartment is set in a rural location, a short walk from the beach. Shops and several good restaurants are within easy walking distance

The place is clean, it has a kitchen with almost all basic requirements. Close by to beach and Julia is a very sweet person, she also arranged for bikes and was quick in meeting our needs. would love to be here again
Julia's first floor bedroom is just down the road from Varca Beach and a short scooter ride to Benaulim or Vaddi Beach. The bedroom is large and the kitchen and bathroom have all the amenities you need such as a cooking plate and hot water.

Pedda Uttordoxi is a quiet area situated between Varca church and the beach. Several good restaurants within walking distance.
There are small shops in the village while nearby Varca has a great deal more variety: fruit stalls, supermarkets, butcher, etc.
Scooter hire on site. Taxi and Car Hire can be arranged.
Bus stop about a 15 minute walk away, in Varca itself.
Airport 22km. Railway station and Bus station in Margao, 12 km.

I opened my guest house, Casa Jumis, in 2004 and have recently added two new studio apartments. My family home is on the ground floor of the original guest house, so I am readily available to answer any queries. I have welcomed guests from all over the world, with many of them re-booking. Some have even become good friends. I always try to help my guests enjoy their holiday and feel comfortable in my home.
