A great, spotlessly clean apartment in an excellent location for medical facilities in Heidelberg. We needed something accessible for my frail mother-in-law who cannot walk far. This was perfect. Secure basement parking, a few steps to the lift which took us to the 2nd floor with a few more steps to the apartment. All this, plus the en-suite to her room amde this a easy, pleasant and comfortable stay. Despite being on a main road it was very quiet, and being able to sit on the balcony was a bonus. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again.

Cleanliness with the entire joint is really a must. I’ve always stayed with airbnb and most the time send a feedback to them to make sure that the owner met the standards. A lot of dirt on the floor, carpet, dust everywhere and I had to vacuum it as we dont want it to be taken against us. The hallway floor from entrance til where the laundry is located has built up laundry powder. Utensils, Glass and other kitchen utensils are also oily even the gas range has not been clean when we arrived. Looks like it has not been cleaned from the last checkout guest. Outdoor area was dirty too. The owner provided blanket for the living area.
