What a great location, easy access to main roads, lovely retail out let and short walk to a great beach

Fabrizio's place is in a great location in Sunset Beach. It's walking distance from a few great restaurants, coffee shops and food shops. It is a quiet neighborhood and great for kids. The shared pool really entertained our 2 year old for most afternoons. Fabrizio was very responsive and accommodating to our needs, it was also great to have our place cleaned every day, made our lives much easier. Would happily stay there again!

Very nice place for a stay over. we only there for 1 night so really didn't manage to enjoy all the facilities . Could really see a good time been had next to the pool with a few sumdowners
