Great place and great location. A lot of care has gone into making the space comfortable. The house is older, but visitors can tell that a significant effort has gone into keep the space clean. It is a very comfortable space. Its like your Aunt has gone on vacation and has asked you to watch her house while she is gone. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens, lots of towel, lots of blankets. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment, pans, and pantry items. There is a coffee maker and coffee is provided! A washer and dryer in the unit and made our longer stay so much easier. There is a large screen TV with several subscription options. A table for dinners and meals. We traveled with two dogs and the space was comfortable with the neighborhood walks and large front and back yards. It is a duplexed space, but we rarely heard the next door neighbors. The bedrooms are set on the far end of the house which was wonderful for peaceful sleep. Set in a safe residential neighborhood, we often took walks. It is located near shopping--groceries, retail, gas stations with 15 minutes to downtown and easy access to the highway. Although in a suburb/city setting, there is a lot of wildlife in the area. There is a creek in the back yard and it seems to attract hawks, cardinals, and owls. We heard an owl several evenings! Great comfortable place to stay particularly for longer visits.

Convenient location, such thought and care into preparing for each guest. Host struck the perfect balance of communication while allowing for privacy at a time my family needed it most. And of course allowing pets only made us feel more at home. Wonderful experience.
