Very good place and centrally located to IB and the pier, making you walking distance to all restaurants and shopping in the area. The place was as described and looked basically just like the pictures which is always what you want! The only downfall of this location, and it is a very minor issue is that the bus stop is right outside of the balcony and it stops very frequently. So if you try to enjoy time out on the balcony or with the glass open, it will be interrupted by the bus regularly. The host was proactive in letting us know that the A/C had stopped working during the previous persons stay, and gave us a discount because of this. When we ran into an issue with the power in the area going out during the stay, they responded quickly to letting us know what was going on. Major compliments to them and how they handled our stay.

This unit is in a beautiful location overlooking the ocean with the living space openly extending onto the balcony. This unit is very family friendly. The beds are comfortable, the room sizes are nice. Imperial Beach is nice for walking and all the benefits of Coronado Island and San Diego close by. We plan to return and we highly recommend this location.

Our location was absolutely beautiful. I recommend this condo to anybody that’s looking for a beautiful place to stay with an amazing view ocean right across the street. It was impeccable.

Our family loves this location (it's our second year returning to the property!) - great people watching, right across the street from the beach, and walkable to restaurants, etc. The unit is also great - we appreciate the beautiful views and all the beach gear we could possibly need. Thanks for a great stay - we'll be back :)
