Enjoy the large front patio with a fire pit plus seating area and a spacious rooftop deck with ocean views! This home is less than a mile from Corona Del Mar State Beach, walking distance to well-known restaurants and retail boutiques, and short drive to Fashion Island, Lido Marina Village, Balboa Island, and Laguna Beach. This thoughtfully built home is equipped with modern amenities to anticipate your needs and to help provide a memorable stay. Enjoy the Sonos music system that provides surround sound on the main floor and the master bedroom, Smart TVs in each room, high end interior design, contemporary furnishings, a fire place in the living room and master bedroom, and beautiful dinnerware and glassware. There are several outdoor spaces to relax in: a large front patio with a fire pit, outdoor furniture and umbrella, a balcony connected to the primary bedroom and a rooftop deck with two outdoor chaise lounges. For your bath & body needs, you will find the organic brand, Beekman 1802, in each bathroom along with a hair dryer in bathroom of the master bedroom. Beach towels will also be provided in the laundry room. Parking Details: - Reserved space available for one vehicle only. This space is a carport located directly behind the home and it can accommodate a large SUV. - Additional vehicles must find street parking. - Garage is not available. The 5th bed will only be set up upon request. This bed will be set up in the loft bedroom located on the third floor.

Beautiful home and perfect location. Very comfortable. Communication was excellent when we reached out. Would definitely go back!
Great place for a group of colleagues to relax, very clean super minimal but basic comforts are to be found. The fragrance used in the house was very strong, something to be aware of if you are more sensitive to scents. The house layout worked very well for us, we did not spend much time at the house but it was perfect for our return in the evenings.
Nice ,clean house. Convenient location. Beach was about 15 minute walk. Lot's of restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops within walkable distance. Beautiful neighborhood to walk around. One thing I would like to mentioned is that there is a construction site (new house being build) right next door. While we didn't experience any noice during our stay which was only 3 nights (Friday to Monday) I can see that being an issue for longer term stays. Billy was a good host, responsive and helpful.
What a great place and centrally located to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Host was communicative and kind.
