Although the location is not quite convenient for those people who want to travel in city center. But I give Kate 12/10 stars to praise her touchable preparation. We arrived at the accommodation at night. But Kate still reply quickly and prepared many food for us to eat in the morning. Also those many sweet tips and information for tourists.

The apartment is ideally located within walking distance of Belfast city center, with the bus station just a few minutes away on foot. The kitchen is well-equipped with a variety of utensils, and the bedrooms are spacious. Netflix is available for movie streaming. Kate, the host, is very thoughtful in providing welcome gifts and breakfast. She excels in communication and is both kind and considerate. I would highly recommend this apartment to my friends.

The check-in was easy and we were welcomed with wine and candy on the table. thank you! Unfortunately I did not feel so comfortable there because it wasn't really clean. Things were sticky, dusty and had stains...

The apartment is conveniently placed for walking into Belfast centre and bus routes into the city and out of it if you don't wish to walk or drive. The Waterworks recreational park is a two minute walk away, which we loved. It was very handy for all my visiting of relatives. It has easy access to the West Link motorways which lead out of Belfast to other lovely places. Very close to the Titanic museum and the Stenaline ship which we travelled on there and back. Close to the Cavehill and Belfast Castle also. Handy for all major amenities. And the host, Kate, is an excellent communicator and very kind and considerate host. We had a wonderful second stay and will return again. Gerry Green.
