Tivemos hospedados no espaço do Luís por 4 dias. Um lugar magnífico para ficar. Voltaremos concerteza. Apesar de ter verificado no comentário dos hóspedes anteriores referência ao barulho provocado pelas obras em frente, decidimos arriscar e reservar na mesma. Certo é que não nos arrependemos de ter efetuado a reserva, pois de fato as obras em frente nada incomodam a estadia. O apartamento do Luís fica num sétimo e oitavo piso, enquanto as obras em frente ficam ao nível do rés do chão, daí não ser incomodativo. Dois dos quatro dias da reserva estivemos em casa a trabalhar, e não foi incômodo algum as obras em frente. Saliento ainda de que o apartamento do Luís possui todas as comodidades para uma excelente e agradável estadia, proporcionando uma vista memorável para o oceano. Por último, o apartamento não possui qualquer odor ou mau cheiro. Sente se sim um odor a esgoto na entrada do prédio, mas no interior da casa não se sente odor nenhum. Concerteza uma experiência a repetir!

Luis was an amazing host and his flat is BEAUTIFUL! If you’re looking for a place to stay in Sesimbra I 100% recommend booking this one!

This is a truly special place, with beautiful terraces overlooking the ocean and all you need for a comfortable stay in the flat. Unfortunately, we were not told there is an active massive construction/demolition site just below the terraces of the flat, which made it very difficult for us to enjoy them (besides on Sundays). I believe this was a good faith mistake though and Luis has taken responsibility for it, and has been a very responsive host throughout our stay. We were also unlucky with some works in the building, which woke us up a few times, and city works that made the bathroom smell. We also found a tick in the bed during our stay but it was a one-off, probably brought in by someone from outside. The bed is quite soft (just in case it matters for you), and the flat can be very humid especially downstairs if it's rainy and cold outside. Overall, it wasn't our best experience on Airbnb but we clearly have quite unlucky on this one on a number of fronts, which can happen.

Le logement est superbe avec une vue fantastique sur la baie de Sesimbra Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à nous promener entre Lisbonne, Sintra, le parc d'Arabida et les plages à l'ouest Cette partie du Portugal est vraiment très belle

Our host (Luis) was very responsible and proactive in communicating before and during our stay. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed to self cater. The apartment block is out of town so a car is recommended to get to grocery store, restaurants and beaches. We enjoyed the extensive DVD collection.
