A beautiful familyhouse built in 1928, in a very quiet and cosy street with big public frontyard, near the central station of Amersfoort (15 min walk), the Zoo (Dierenpark Amersfoort), the forest and nearby the centre of the city Amersfoort (10 min bicycle). In 35 min you travel by train to Amsterdam. You can use our typical Dutch bikes for transport. Mind you! We welcome catlovers who want to feed our cats, they are not allowed to come upstairs. You have accesibillaty to every room. In the closets of the rooms with our clothes we leave our personal stuff. But in every room we have space for your own stuff.

Super comfy and charming house. We felt home right after Check-In. Lovely cats that made our stay even cozier. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. Claudia was kind and helpful, we felt well informed and best hosted.

Great house, great host, great city ! Full of good surprised. House is very well equipped, with everything you need. Claudia gave good instructions on how to use and find things. She was very responsive and positive in the communication with her during our stay. Easy parking (no charge), bicycles available, drinking water in taps. Our stay was PERFECT !

The neighbourhood is very quiet and cosy in 10 min by bike you are in the historical city center and in the beautiful landscape of Soesterduinen. For kids we have the Zoo, swimmingpool (outdoor and indoor), Superfun (indoor playgarden), Jump XL, midgetgolf, etc.

15 minutes walk you can go to the central trainstation of Amerfoort. Amersfoort is the most central city in Holland. Only 35 minutes to the centre of Amsterdam, 1 hour from Rotterdam, 15 minutes from Utrecht by train.
