Mariusz was a very good host and very responsive which was lovely and very impressive- I’ve never had a host like that before so that was nice! There are 4 units on property. Quiet, safe neighborhood. The property pics are exactly as shown, clean, modern home, fast WiFi, smart TV the basics in the BR, Kitchen pots are old/rusty looking but good thing we had ours to use. We didn’t really like the central AC/Heat everyone(in the units) are getting ready/doing things at different times; taking hot showers and coming out sweating wasn’t cool -even though the dial was on the lowest we knew that no matter how we cranked the dial it didn’t do anything as it’s only controlled by host. Parking available on site but really narrow but better than street parking lol I would also suggest booking your entire stay at once if need be because a couple days after move in he mentioned someone else is booked after telling him we will be there for 3 months for work. TG we found a place. Overall 👌🏽 stay

Location: yes this place does lie directly in the path of the LAX runways, which means from about 5am-12am every day, there will be the roar of planes flying close overhead. However, the windows are quadruple-paned, so even if you're a light sleeper, any kind of earplugs will entirely block out all that sound. *** Re: being a light sleeper -- There are heavy blackout curtains on some of the windows that are very dark, but they do NOT completely block out light because they're not installed against the wall, so light leaks in from around the curtains. Amenities: Bathroom items are the basics that you'd find in a standard hotel room. There are some items to use in the kitchen for meal prep, but it's pretty sparse. If you're getting mostly takeout, you'll be fine. If you're hoping to be able to do lots of cooking, just be prepared to not have certain items on hand or of a particular quality. The mattresses for both the bed and the sofa bed are both on the firm side, which we appreciated, but if you're used to soft memory foam, you might not like it. *** Note that the freezer does this weird thing where if you open it, then allow the door to close, it somehow locks and refuses to open again until a certain amount of time (somewhere around 45-75 seconds, but we didn't measure it exactly) as passed. Cleanliness: The pictures are accurate. Visually it was very well put together, neat, and clean. Communication: Mario was very cordial and prompt in his responses, and he tried to be as accommodating as he could. The AC worked great, but unfortunately, it was broken in the bedroom in the midst of a heat wave. Nothing was coming through the vent in the bedroom despite us checking it in multiple ways. Not sure what was going on there, but hopefully it will be fixed by the time you stay there!
