We had a wonderful time at David's place in Xabia. The house was just like the photos - except there was much more space! It was lovely and spacious. Everything was spotless and welcoming. David was extremely helpful throughout, immediately responsive. I would not recommend the garage unless you have a very small car; ours was medium-sized, and we decided to park on the street instead (it's fairly easy to find a spot within 5-6 minutes of the house). The location is great, very central, near the market and some nice restaurants, and within easy driving to the beach. I would definitely recommend this place!

We loved Xabia! This apartment is in a great location walkable to shops/cafes/restaurants. The apartment was kept very clean and we felt at home. We'd definitely hope to stay here again next time we travel to Xabia.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at Ca’n Tosca, although it was a short one. The host was attentive and responsive. The historical cachet of the place added a unique and charming dimension to our experience and the interior was aesthetically pleasing and comfortable, with a lot of space for a family of 5. We appreciated these aspects and felt they greatly enhanced our stay!
