Everything worked well and the cottage is in a great position for walking to all the shops, pubs and restaurants.
I really liked Wren Cottage. It suited our needs perfectly. Its location is ideal as it's central but quite quiet; everything is in walking distance if you want to go shopping or out to eat on foot. The cottage is small, and wouldn't suit very small children or the elderly because of the steep stairs, but for the four of us, it could not have been better. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom has a good shower, there's a little garden, the TV has every package you can think of and is so easy to use, the bedrooms are charming, especially the loft room - if you're an adventurous child. Suffolk Secrets are extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely go back.
The house was central within easy access to shops, pubs and restaurants. All the rooms are small but beautifully formed and well designed. The stairs are very steep. Our 14yr old and 11yr old both had small tumbles on the stairs to the attic bedroom but overall the house is fabulous. We’ve stayed in four different houses in Woodbridge and this is our favourite.
Small and compact, but with everything we needed. The wood burner was a welcome addition and enjoyed thoroughly.
