We had a super stay in Annemarie’s lovely cottage. We were 4 adults and 1 three year old (I’m pretty much the only non-German speaker including the child and even I found communication easy throughout!). Directions were good, very accurate and easy to find. The house is at the end of the village nicely tucked away, private but very well placed particularly by car to explore the area - towns, lakes, mountains. A beautiful area. Annemarie was there to meet us and explained everything. The house itself was very clean with everything as expected including a massive, sturdy trampoline and swings plus toys (tractor) for our son who loved it! All beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for us all. We used the Penny supermarket in Teisendorf and we found a couple of good restaurants there (Pranne Thai and Fonse’s bit of everything both with outside seating). There’s great brewery/beer garden in Schönram but it was busy certainly late PM/early evening so we didn’t stay long.

We had a lovely vacation week in house 'Ella'. The house is situated on a small farm with a beautiful view at the Alps. It has a nice patio facing south, but with sufficient shade in case you want to avoid the sun and we had great fun playing table tennis. Everything was clean and in good shape. The hosts, who live next door to the vacation house, were extremely friendly and helpful in suggesting things to do in the neighbourhood. The house is very well located for trips to Salzburg or hikes in the northern Alps. If you like water activities, you can visit the beautiful Chiemsee or, closer by, the Waginger See (apparently the warmest lake in Germany). Overall highly recommendable!

Tolle Unterkunft, Freundliche Gastgeberin. Sehr schöne Gegend für Aktivitäten. Einziger Wermutstropfen in Bezug auf die Lage: Für die meisten Aktivitäten wird das auto benötigt. Gerade rad/Fußwege ab der Unterkunft sind etwas mau. Das kann aber durch die Unterkunft/Gastgeberin nicht beeinflusst werden. Wir hatten eine super woche mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Die Unterkunft war geräumig genug für 5 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder. Können uns sehr gut vorstellen, nochmal zu kommen!

Wir haben uns bei Annemarie sehr wohl gefühlt und super erholt. Das Haus ist schön groß, sehr gepflegt und sauber, super ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht, in ruhiger Lage in schöner Natur und nachts mit dem besten Sternenhimmel ever (keine Lichtverschmutzung). Sehr schöne Badeseen und jede Menge tolle Ausflugsziele runherum gelegen. Eine super Erfahrung auf ganzer Linie und sehr empfehlenswert als Urlaubsziel für Familien. Wir kommen gern wieder.
