This is a great little place. It was exactly as shown in the photos. Beach access was easy, and there were a handful of cute shops, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. The king bed was comfortable and the sofa bed was as you'd expect. We had a little trouble hearing back from the host, but nothing major and we'd definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful weekend! The furniture could be updated and rearranged to focus on ocean,, it needs an updo but overall we had a great time! Shower doors need some scrubbing but the tub was clean. Bed was great! Restaurants within walking ,, beach was amazing. Would be nice to have a few spices maybe some sugar for coffee. One weird other thing was tape was on cabinets and slider door? Kinda strange, but we would come again! 😊

All in all a great place to stay. Would definitely book again. Great ocean view and walkable places to see and dine at. Only thing is you lose hot water fast while showering so plan your showers.

We had a fantastic getaway at Nye Beach. The stand outs are convenience with restaurants and shopping close by. If I had to come up with something to bring down would be we missed our really sharp knives from home. Otherwise, it was perfect for us old folks. Thank-you!
