La cass está bien, habitaciones, baños, armarios, la zona de la piscina. Pero la cocina es muy vieja y los utensilios estan muy viejos , necesita un cambio. La barbacoa es también mejorable.

La maison est grande ainsi que la piscine, la climatisation réglable dans chaises pièces donc très pratiques pour adapter la température aux goûts de chacun. La maison fournis tout les équipements de bases : shampoing, papier toilette, sac poubelle ect ect Malgré la barrière de la langue, on arrive toujours à se comprendre. Il y a un arrêt de bus à Max 10 minutes à pieds. Seuls petits choses, c’est que nous pensons que les propriétaires passer durant nos absences car des objets bougeaient à l’extérieur (pas dérangeant mais ce serait mieux d’être prévenue)

Matilde and her husband were very accommodating. Ensure you have G translate available as they like to ensure you know what to do but definitely a language barrier. Lovely area and felt very secure but would massively recommend securing your own transport as can feel quite secluded

Lovely villa in a very private part of Mallorca. Definitely recommend if you want a quiet, relaxing trip. Lots of space in the Villa and fantastic pool and patio area. Hosts are lovely although we didn’t have any Spanish so I’d recommend using translate app. But the hosts were patient and friendly with our language barrier. Taxis are fine to get, usually had to wait about 20-30 mins but it was fine. Would recommend renting a car if you can but still manageable with taxis. 17-20 min drive from Palma where we went for dinner every night. Would highly recommend! Really relaxing stay!

Amazing place to stay for a family or group of friends - the house is big which ensures private space for everyone, but also possible to gather in common spaces like kitchen, living room or terrace. We visited during high summer, so it was really nice with sunbeds and swimming pool! One more advantage is that AC worked really good, enough of them to cool the whole house!
