Beautiful place - we loved it. The only thing is the neighbors are right next door on both sides so the backyard isn't super private and the photos definitely make the backyard look wider than it is. The spaces are beautiful and waking up to the river every morning was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this place!

Nice place for a group vacation to Leavenworth. The kitchen especially was great for cooking group meals. Everything you need, including the large yard, hot tub, multiple decks, etc. Just a few minutes from Leavenworth. Would recommend.

It's more beautiful than the photos! There was plenty of space in the common areas for everyone. Hot tub was awesome as they always are. I'd say the only thing was perhaps the floors not being very clean, the fridge needs a good deep cleaning, and one of the beds had small peices of potato chips that should have been cleaned out. We ended up cleaning everything because it wasn't done very well before us but this may have just been a 1 time thing. All in all, it was modestly clean and no other serious complaints. The view was angelic! It was all snowed in, the trees, the river view... Ah!! Beautiful. Cute kitchen, great for cooking for the family. 10 minute drive to downtown leavenworth. They only have parking for 2 cars so carpool!!!

Cozy, beautiful views, kitchen had everything we needed. Hot tub was relaxing. Bathrooms nice. Comfortable beds and sofa. Responsive host. Close to Levenworth.
