Overall we had a good time. We have stayed on Tybee Island a few times in the past and overall this house held its own against other homes on its price range. The property was located on the north end which is quieter and more private. Overall the house was as described. Everything was provided that we needed to have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Fishing from the dock was difficult as the house is on a tidal creek/marsh and there was not much of that area you could access without a kayak. Disappointing for our son who is an avid fisherman but as long as one tempers there expectations it still is an enjoyable dock to wet a line from. The backyard is a fun place to hang out and relax. There were a few issues. The house is in need of a few updates especially in the bathroom, and a few other items like light bulbs needed in a few ceiling fan lights, replacing shower head in guest Br. Finally hot tub didn’t work but manager let us know ahead of time and refunded our hot tub use fee

We always love staying here. Unfortunately, the hot tub and jacuzzi were not functioning properly. But was refunded the issue. Good location. Comfortable beds.

We loved staying in Tybee to extend our vacation for a few days. Everything was great. Very cozy house.

We had a great stay over the holidays on Tybee Island. The place was peaceful with a great back yard area. The home had plenty of space for the 4 of us that went. Savannah was just a short (approx. 20 minutes), easy drive away where we went on a tour, had lunch, and explored the town. Would stay again. Thanks for having us!
