Amazing place, love what they did with a Historical Building. Room felt comfortable, love how it is decorated to a unique vibe for a Historical Building. Easy instructions how to get in and checkout. Definitely would use this place again when visiting Cedar Rapids.

What a great place! It was everything. First of all, its a lovingly restored historic building with a great asthetic. Outside is vintage looking and inside it has a very classic and luxe feel. Nice furnishings & decor. Hosts anticipated every need. A homey feeling apartment. Amazing job on renos! Really convenient to Alliant Powerhouse Auditiorium. An easy walk to the show. Neighborhood was safe. Entertainment District is 2 blocks away with cool eateries and things to do, but you don't have the noise of nightclubs. I didn't even have to Uber which was a very welcome surprise! They have good parking , too. A free lot right beside the building. If you get the chance to attend a show at the Alliant Powerhouse, do it- that is a well run establishment, also. My stay was priced great & host was sooo sweet. Even when I locked myself out at midnight, they were top shelf hospitality. Excellent customer service. Fantastic job! Will stay again! Thanks!!~ From a Superhost

Great location near Alliant Powerhouse and lots of restaurants and shops! Free off-street parking and very cozy. We felt right at home!

We came over from Scotland to visit our son at Coe College. We had no problem finding Ausadie. It was perfect for our needs, being walkable to the college and the downtown bars and eating places - you will need a car if you want to venture a little further but there is ample parking next to the building. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very homely. It had everything we needed and more. The shower was great, the bed comfy, the kitchen had pots, pans, utensils etc - enough to cater for yourself if you want to. I contacted Richard and Tim a couple of times and they were very helpful, replying almost immediately. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Cedar Rapids.
