Enjoyed my stay. Everything was great other than the trains coming about a few times a night. I would stay here again.

The washer,dryer,soap,trash bags,towels, all were nice to not have to pack and had all clean clothes leaving! the sound of the train and river were soothing ! the fact you could log into your Netflix for the kids was nice.very responsive to messages.good experience

The accommodation was as great as I imagined, and I already miss the beautiful morning views of the New River. Although I didn't meet Joe and Susan in person, I thought they were very considerate people after seeing their meticulously organized accommodation, and they responded promptly to my questions, so I was able to stay well without any difficulties. I visited the area to attend my son's VT graduation ceremony, and I want to go again when my son graduates from graduate school.

The place was spacious, comfortable and peaceful. It was wonderful. We are ready to return for a longer stay.

Beautiful! We arrived later in the night than we’d hoped and Susan was so accommodating - left the porch light on for us and even offered to us to extend our check out time on the day we were to depart. Our plans didn’t allow for us to take them up on their offer but we were touched with their generosity and thoughtfulness. The morning after we arrived I turned the corner from the hallway into the living room and I was greeted by the beautiful river outside the wall of windows in the front room. GORGEOUS! I think I gasped out loud! The river is so beautiful, calming, and peaceful. The house is well taken care of and is super CLEAN! All the necessaries that one would need is provided and the beds are super comfy. The front porch is awesome. We were so impressed and happy with our stay. Thank you to Susan and Joe!!
