I have been scammed by the host. She asked me to cancel the booking last minute because the place was not available (1 and half hour before scheduled check in). If I do so, I’m not able to get my refund since I just booked for the 1 night only. She refused to cancel the booking from her end. She said there is no cancel button from her end to choose. She gave me option to stay at another place. But when I asked her to send the photo, she didn’t response. I feel unsafe to stay at the place that I don’t know. Until now I still didn’t receive my refund from Jennifer nor Airbnb.

Jennifer shared lots of local tips and ensure the check in is smooth. The place is clean and serene, located at a quiet area with waterfall sound. Hot shower is good. Strategic location to GPO and eateries at Gohtong Jaya.
