Great location. Very clean. Great bed. A bit smaller than I anticipated, but for the price it was good value. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

NO LIFTS! In a multi-story building, this information is critical to include in a listing so that potential guests may self-select whether the property is a good fit. When we arrived with multiple heavy bags after a red-eye flight, we were shocked to find out that this very clean well-situated hotel has no lifts. Affected our communication ranking, which otherwise was great. The reception staff saved the day for us by very kindly assisting us up to our room with the luggage (no small task in a fairly narrow, winding, carpeted staircase with no markings on the edge of the stairs to assist in seeing where one shallow corner step ends and the next begins). While the lack of a lift may not be factor for many guests, it certainly was for us and we would have chosen another hotel for safety reasons (1 of us almost took a tumble when missing one of the corner, shallow stairs). Hotel did leave a kind welcoming gift of breakfast snacks with a birthday greeting, which was very kind.
