After looking for a pet friendly hotel with still beautiful furnishings and service I finally found it. We visit London regularly and due to our dog being blind have to take him everywhere. We arrived with no issues and were asked if we wanted a dog bed and bowls to which my pet pub was glad with after walking round London. Within seconds of getting into room room service had arrived with the items. Lovely cozy room with very comfy bed and Nespresso coffee machine. We had excellent communication prior to arrival to ask for a bath and it was fulfilled. There was a few broken items in the room but due to us having our pet we expect those sort of rooms as we understand. The hotel itself is very modern and boutique with beautiful furnishings and decor. Although we didn’t eat there the food looked exceptional. Lovely staff and simply a delightful stay with your pet. Ordered a coffee at the battle and the lovely waiter helped me to my room as I had the dog being carried around after long day
