很喜欢房屋门口的摆设和房子的绿色，如果你不介意要爬楼梯的话，这是一个还不错的公寓，因为这是楼中楼的格局！

Gianni’s place was the perfect location for our 8 day stay in Florence, and I would easily stay here again. The apartment is in the perfect location. The whole city (both sides of the Arno) is walkable from there, but it is 2 blocks outside the touristy area so it is very peaceful. Our 2 favourite cafes were within a 7 minute walk. It is steps away from the river, which is so beautiful at every time of day. The apartment itself is lovely and clean, true to the photos. The kitchen is very well appointed, and as we were travelling with our 6 month old we cooked many dinners at home with spectacular produce from the nearby Sant’Ambrogio market. As a host, Gianni was extremely helpful and responsive. He helped us get around on public transportation, and provided extra linens and a cot for our daughter. We would highly suggest this Florentine gem to our closest friends. Grazie mille Gianni!

We had a lovely stay at The Olive House. Gianni was very responsive and even took time to drop by during our check in to personally welcome us and see if there are things that he can help us with. The place was very cozy and conducive to taking a good rest after long days of going around. The amenities were complete for a short stay too. The location was also very peaceful while being accessible to the go-to places at the same time. Overall, would recommend staying over at this airbnb. We will personally come back should we visit Florence again in the future.

I’ve been using Airbnb for over 10 years and this is one of the best places I’ve stayed. Clean, practical, beautiful, and located in a peaceful neighbourhood. The location couldn’t be better as you could easily walk to all main attractions (without having to deal with a multitude of tourists at your doorstep). Perfect for couples or young families. I strongly recommend Gianni’s place. Thank you for your hospitality!
