I had a great time in Cootehill and in Lucia’s flat! The apartment is very spacious and has everything you could ask for: two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a living room and kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, stove tops, microwave and kettle. There is also a washer-dryer, hoover, cleaning supplies, iron and ironing board. The flat is very central and is very close to all the near shops, cafés, pubs and take aways. The supermarket is only a two-minute walk away. Lucia is incredibly helpful and very friendly. When I was sick and all the doctors in town told me they don’t take new patients Lucia took care of helping me find a clinic. I enjoyed my stay at Lucia’s flat a lot and hope that I can visit Ireland again in the future!

Great location, close to amenities like supermarket, pharmacy, Restaurants and post office gut bus connection to Cavan town and to Monaghan town.

We wanted a room in this location as we were fishing in this area. The room is absolutely perfect if you are looking to be in the centre of a town with lots of amenities. This apartment was just the job for what we wanted it for. The owner Lucia was so helpful and turned up with the keys way past the check in time at night as our ferry was a few hours late.

Lucia is really an awesome host! She has helped us a lot since we moved to Ireland. We had no one here in Ireland and she has always been present, guided us and helped in every way possible! Even after we left, we have been in touch! Apartment is a great location! Cootehill is a small village, do not expect much from it! There are a few restaurants and supermarkets! The Sillan tours bus goes to Dublin directly! It is good getaway from the City! Thank you Lucia! We are always grateful to you!
