We had a comfortable stay at David’s place. Everything was tidy and usable. Heads up: We did notice, at night, persistent scratching and thudding sounds on the rooftop that we believe to be a raccoon but were not able to verify.

David's got a little paradise setup- pool/hot-tub/waterfront and plenty of seating to enjoy outside. His kitchen is well stocked and laid out wonderfully. The bedroom we stayed in was cozy, with a screen door to the waterfront. He was a helpful, respectful host. His dog is 100% friendly and doesn't bother you (unless you want her to, which I sure enjoyed). You may or may not share the common areas depending on other bookings, but we mostly had the place to ourselves and it was very easy and comfy to share, not an issue at all. The rooms themselves are seperate enough and the pool is perfect. I'll hopefully be booking it for a week every summer to escape the city, you should too.
