Very very disappointed for the experience. All of my fellows did not have internet for two days since the wifi was broken. However, the house owner told us the wifi was broken on the day of our arrival, or rather 5hours before our arrival. The data signal in Philippines was so poor that we cannot even use our mobile data in the house where wifi was also unusable. When I asked the owner how he would solve the problem cuz we were gonna stay for two days, he just didn't reply for half a day. Until I was so angry on the second day without internet, I texted him again and he replied that I should understand the situation. I said I understood that the wifi was broken on the first day but why didn you do nothing and ignore my request? Now you came to me asking for understanding isn’t it ridiculous? No more words on him I will complain to the platform and ask for compensation.

The place is expensive. I mean, the listing shown is only good for one person. Usually, places would be good for 2 persons. The price goes up ridiculously for every person you add. The price also doesn’t give justice to the place since there were even no blankets available, just an extra bed sheet we used as blankets. The pillows were also old and thin. The place is also dusty. The comfort room had a bad smell. I also found the host a bit rude during the check-in. I was asking where I can meet her since weve been waiting in the lobby and she told us that check-in is at 2pm and she just moved it to 12noon for us so we should just wait. We didnt mind waiting but she made it sound like shes doing us a favor when we didnt ask for the early check-in in the first place. These things aside, the location of the place is very convenient. Its central and has a pool with a nice view. I hope the owner improves the amenities given the price of the place. The place has a very good potential and will attract a lot of people.

Overall my family and I had a good stay in Jannet's home. The host replies right away to all of my queries. The house is so clean when we arrived and we got free coffee as freebies. The host was also very kind to let us extend our stay for 2 hours. Hope to come back soon.
