Central air conditioning , washer, dryer and more. 4 TVs (flat-screens), 4 DVDs, Keurig, gas grill, gas fireplace, Wifi., 1-car garage, Xbox 360, assorted books, movies and games, couple of adult bikes, few beach chairs (courtesy items not guaranteed). The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant. Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion. *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. We had a great time. The home was close to everything but still a little out of the way for some place and quiet. There was a lot of stuff to do there and the home had a well stocked kitchen.
We have no complaints about the house or location itself but the owner should consider switching cleaning companies. The house was not exactly clean when we arrived which was disappointing after spending several thousands of dollar to stay for the week. Floors were sticky, countertop was dirty, leftover food was in the deli tray of refrigerator, strands of hair were on banister, sofa and in bathrooms. The headboards and light fixture over table were so dusty you could see your fingerprints and after vacuuming the canister was full. We reported the first level toilet did not flush and nothing was done to fix it. House and location were beautiful but I'm not impressed with the property management company and feel bad the owner is paying for services that aren't necessarily being completed.
We had a hiccup when checking in but after that, everything about our stay was great. The house was perfect and the location and amenities could not be beat! Would definitely recommend!
This rental was very nice. It was so clean and we lived the beach atmosphere. The location was great and enjoyed coffee on the porch. The kitchen was awesome and we were close to Bethany beach. Was a fun trip.
