I arrived at the house, was given the keys and told that the front door doesn’t lock on the house but it’s okay because the gate facing the street locks. I got to the house to find broken glass on the patio entrance, that the sliding glass front door was all cracked and the lock busted out, that it looked like someone had taken a sledgehammer to the door frame, and that my only security was a metal gate with the tiniest thinnest deadbolt. And when I told them about the broken glass on the patio they told me it was okay, and that I should feel safe sleeping here but I could cancel if I wanted to. Of course I did not feel safe, especially as a single woman with my child, and in a northern town near the border. I contacted Airbnb with my safety concerns, sent them photos, and they said it was unbelievable and immediately gave me a full refund. Then I had to find another place last minute which cost about $10 more and was infinitely better. I absolutely do not recommend renting this place, and only noticed after I arrived that all of their positive reviews on Airbnb are several years old.

faltaban cosas en el Loft como el foco del baño no servía ,la estufa no tenia gas ,la tv no se veía ,no hay un solo espejo ,la puerta de entrada es corrediza de vidrio y está estrellada ! cosas que creo yo para alguien que va a descansar necesitas lo que te están promocionando en el anuncio!!! y como anfitrión tienes el tiempo para verificar que tú espacio no esté faltante de todos esos detalles ! es muy incómodo estar pidiendo algo por el cual tu ya pagaste y que te tarden en contestar o no te lo resuelvan pronto !! en lo personal yo no lo recomiendo !
