Amazing location, great communication with the host, nice perks like bikes, laundry, and a bottle of wine at check in. My husband and I stayed for 6 weeks while we were in escrow on our home. The wifi was strong and we didn’t have a problem with working from home. I would say this is most comfortable for two people max. We had a few hiccups occasionally due to the the home being older and it rained for nearly a month in LA (rare) while we were there but Jessica and her husband were on top of it immediately which we greatly appreciated. I would recommend this space for a friend or family!

Thank you so much for an amazing stay in Manhattan Beach. We loved our stay at the beach cottage and miss the sunsets already. The hosts were fantastic and hope we can return another time when we are in LA.

Location excellent. Nice size for a couple. Host very responsive. Beach towels and chairs, bikes all within walk to beach. Laundry on site but no TV BUT internet available. Parking(SUV) required some initiative but always available within blocks. Restaurants abound within walking and more upscale 10 minute ride. We are going to rebook later in year!

The location can’t be beat. Gorgeous spot right by town and the beach. The apartment feels homey and warm. We would certainly stay here again. A few things that could be improved for long term stayers: - there’s no vacuum currently - the kitchen cookware/dish ware could be refreshed. I didn’t feel I had everything I needed as someone living there for a while and cookware is not in the best shape - the bikes were not in good shape, we weren’t really able to use them. Hope they get fixed up

Cute Airbnb. 2min walk to the beach is the biggest plus. For the long term (~1.5months) stay was missing a dishwasher and vacuum. Additionally note this is a 1bedroom a mattress in the attic that works if someone is visiting for a night or two but is not an additional bedroom. Also, even though the listing lists a garage - it is too small to fit any reasonably sized car and so you will have to find street parking which is available but could be a bit of a hassle.
