The house is a bit far from the city center (about 50 minutes by metro) but close to the metro (8 minutes on foot) and it is easy to get to the city center by metro. The room was clean,furnitures were good except the chair and had almost everything I needed. Only problem is walls are a bit thin and there's only one wooden door between you and other people in the house. So you can hear some noises. The things provided for breakfast were simple and few but was a nice inclusion. Kira(the dog) was very sweet. Barks when first sees you, but then gets used to you. The neighborhood is quiet but has a good supermarket, bars and food places. Rossana was friendly and helpful, responded quickly to all my messages and gave me useful directions to get home from airport. For some reasons beyond my controI checked in late and she didn't mind, waited for me and gave me a warm welcome, for which I am grateful. She gave suggestions on local places nearby and I liked them all. Overall it was a good stay.

가격 때문에 선택했는데 정말 만족했습니다. 가격이 최우선이신 분들은 정말 추천해요! 테르미니역까지는 약 40분 정도 걸리는데 로마 시내에서는 이 가격에 이 정도 숙소 절대 못 구할 것 같아요 첫날에는 아침도 주시고 티도 구비되어 있습니다 동네 치안도 괜찮아요

We travel a lot and Rossana is the best host we have ever met. She did her best to make us feel welcomed and respected our privacy. The accommodation had everything we needed and even some extras. I highly recommend this place to stay and we will be back there for sure. Thank you Rossana!
