Whatever you do, do not let this house pass you by, it’s an absolute gem. We filled the house with three generations and we were more than comfortable the entire week. It’s a beautiful balance of old charm and beautiful new upgrades. The outdoor shower with hot water was such a treat & practical as well. The location is spectacular and the layout was just perfect. The house had everything we needed to Experience a full beach experience. Lobster pots & all !! The house was filled with laughter, reminiscing, love, so many moments that will give us a lifetime of memories. Things money can’t just not buy! It felt like the sun was putting on a show for just us every sunrise. The decks were beautiful & were enjoyed by everyone throughout the week. We would love nothing nothing more and to return here annually!

The house is perfect - cleanliness - location - space - and all of the amenities that come with the house. Steven is easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. Definitely a 5+ star. We WILL be back next summer. Worth the money.

Steven’s place is gorgeous, clean, and the perfect getaway — especially during Covid-19. We were able to safely enjoy all the perks of a beach getaway. The ocean view is right out the window and can be enjoyed from two comfortable porches while you have your morning coffee, read a book, or have an evening chat. The beach itself was only busy on the hottest afternoons, and there was still plenty of space to spread out. You can tell the home is well-loved. The kitchens are fully stocked, and Steven is a kind and gracious host. Be sure to check out his family’s recommendations. We found some great food that way! I highly recommend the Maine blueberry ice cream you can pick up from Anthony’s food shop. It sounds weird, but the lobster roll from Bob’s Clam Hut is the way to go — I’d skip the clams for it any day! This was our first time in Maine but we are already planning our next trip. If you’re thinking about booking this place, you won’t regret it. Thanks for a lovely stay!

This home is absolutely beautiful! It was such a perfect fit for our large family. We love the two decks, two kitchens, all the living rooms, and spacious bedrooms. They did a beautiful job renovating! Steven is very responsive and helpful and really goes above and beyond with extra touches. Plenty of places for parking and on the quiet end of the beach. It was perfect for all ages. The younger kids were up late in the kitchen and no one could hear them from the upstairs bedrooms. We've been staying at York Beach for over 40 years and this is our favorite house thus far. Thank you for an amazing time!
