Had an amazing experience at Caroline’s place! PRIME location in the heart of pacific beach, walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants and of course the beach. Especially appreciated the beach amenities like chairs, towels and bikes provided which made exploring the town even more enjoyable. There was a bike lock missing and the hosts rectified the situation immediately. They were extremely responsive and helpful. It was nice having a smart TV in both the living room and bedroom. I especially enjoyed the private patio. There is a slight drainage issue in the shower - nothing that overflowed, just an inch or so of water - could be a bit of a nuisance with multiple people trying to shower in a row. Overall - I loved it! Professional hosts and a perfect space made for an ideal trip. Would love to stay again one day!

Had a great experience at Caroline’s place. It was clean and the location was amazing. The area is also very quiet. Overall, I thought it was an amazing value, especially considering the private outdoor space and reserved parking. Caroline was extremely responsive to questions and communicating prior to stay and at checkout. I’d have no hesitation reserving Caroline’s place again.

Our stay was incredible! Caroline’s place was very clean and an amazing location. Only about a 10 minute walk to the beach and main area of restaurants and bars. The amenities were great - we loved riding bikes on the boardwalk and were grateful they were included. We had some trouble with the fire pit, and were not able to find a couple things in the house including bike locks and a charger to the speaker provided, but those were very minimal problems and overall we had an amazing visit. We hope to stay at Caroline’s again!
