We highly recommend Casa Colonial for any stay in Santiago de Cuba. This an excellent place and we will stay here again when we are back. The Casa is like a small hotel with several rooms, each with its own bathroom. The rooms lead onto a shared public space, a large living room, and a lovely outdoor courtyard. The rooms are comfortable, well furnished, with good A/C. Our shower was excellent. The staff is wonderful: professional, and helpful. Someone is always on site. They serve a good breakfast. The hosts were also helpful and accommodating and were able to arrange an excellent driver. We felt in good hands. The only possible drawback is that a couple of the rooms hear street noise (motorbikes). This concerned us, but we found that this dropped off at night. In any case, if there during the day, we we spent our time in the pleasant, quiet courtyard. The location is fantastic, a few blocks from Cespedes Square and from the pedestrian street. We highly recommend Casa Colonial.

The house is stunning and the people working there very friendly. We had a serious delay and areived deep in the night and they were super flexible and helpfull.

Un sitio auténtico donde alojarsey tanto Magaly cuando llegamos como Sandra atendienodonos muy bien. Lázaro servicial. El personal del establecimiento muy bien. Cenamos en un Restaurante cercano Isla bella muy recomendable.

sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, wir sind vormittags angereist und konnten schon einchecken. Die Angestellten haben und alles erklärt und gezeigt. Auch wenn wir früher gehen mussten, hat es uns sehr gut gefallen!

Vivian nos ha hecho sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Ha resuelto todos nuestros problemas con creces. La casa era preciosa, incluso más bonita en la realidad de lo que se veía en las fotos. Si van a viajar a Santiago, no tengan dudas, este alojamiento es la mejor opción.
