I stayed with Carolyn for 1 month while I was finishing my internship in Boise. She is a great host - very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. There was a minor issue with the air vent making loud noise and Carolyn called to fix it right away. This is an amazing deal if you are needing a stay that is private and cozy. I felt very safe and would definitely book with Carolyn again if I ever visit Boise in the future!

Carolyn’s place is clean and comfortable. Just a block off a wide street. In driving into the neighborhood I thought it may not be quiet, but it is a very quiet block. And the location is very close to Fred Meyer and in a nice location for getting to other shops and restaurants and an easy, under 10-minute drive to downtown. Carolyn included the most clear instructions for using amenities of any Airbnb I’ve stayed in. They are for things like operating the coffee maker, the heater/cooler, the tv and even color photos & instructions where to find the bathroom. Not far at all - just through the house. There is a nice binder with local shops and restaurant recommendations. She has also put out a great little collection of ‘things you may need’ like toiletries, a small first aid kit, an iron, lint brush, etc. P.S. Check out Primal Coffee. Comfortable ‘local’s haunt’ vibe. I got a nothing less than perfect latte there from a very knowledgeable coffee aficionado. Two thumbs up.

Carolyn was very nice and helpful. She made sure I knew I could reach out to her whenever in case I had difficulties checking in (which were very straight forward and clear instructions). Super easy to check in/out. It was a great place to stay for the weekend. Relaxing & peaceful.
