We stayed for two weeks. While we had a decent time overall in Alacati, this property is held back by a number of service and condition issues. While the listing specifically promises hotel-like amenities like “daily cleaning” (and this is obviously in the pricing), the property refused to offer this once we were there, saying they were short staffed. There is a nice breakfast but it comes at an unpredictable time, as late as 10:45am. The kitchen contains absolutely no plates, utensils, cookware etc - totally bare and unusable. The TV has no service, apparently a cost-cut. The property is in overall deteriorated condition, not as in the photos, with much of the lighting broken, exposed wiring, and damaged decking around the pool. The garden is pleasant and the hotel staff are friendly and tried to help within their limitations. You can walk into the restaurant area but you do have to be careful on the street. Parking is easy to find. Not very private from the daily hotel.
