Our luxury mountain view three bedroom apartment offers one wooden flooring bedroom with attached bathroom and private balcony offering picturesque views of the surrounding valley and river Beas on Kullu-Nagar-Manali road. It is a good ideal and perfect place to get away from the bustling, noisy, busy and polluted city life to spend holidays with family and friends. The elegant decor, best modern facilities and amenities makes our place a home away from home for you and your family. The apartment is developed with a concept of Home Stay where people could not only enjoy, interact and feel the mountain culture, customs by living along with the families but also enjoy their privacy. It is located in the village called Kais, besides river Beas surrounded by fruit trees, flowers and snow-cappped mountain ranges of the Himalayas. You can walk among the captive apple orchards, plum and pears in the house complex. One of the finest monastery is your neighbour. The room offers mystic view of the mountains & valley which helps you to connect with Mother Nature.

Perfect 5 Star property. Mr. and Mrs. Banerjee, a wonderful host - easy going, very kind and polite. We will love to visit this property again. They had taken great care of us and helped us whenever we needed. The house is very beautiful, clean, tidy, nicely decorated, peaceful, very well organized and with all amenities for a comfortable stay and at a great value I was with my family and stayed there for 5 days. I especially liked how well maintained and clean the room was and of course amazing view from the room and balcony. The place is close to all tourist places in Kullu-Manali. My heartfelt thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Banerjee for being such wonderful hosts. Your shopping, food and travel tips helped us a lot. If privacy or home atmosphere or a great welcoming host are your priorities, I strongly recommend "Luxury Mountain View Homestay, Kullu-Manali". We absolutely enjoyed their company and our stay and will be coming back again. Also, not to forget ... its great value for money. We had a great time at this gorgeous house.

By Air: The Kullu-Manali Airport at Bhuntar is approximately 30 minutes drive from our apartment. Air India fly daily from Delhi to Bhuntar Airport in Kullu.
By Road: The distance from Delhi to our apartment is 500 Kms. The national highway passes through the cities of Panipat - Karnal - Ambala - Chandigarh - Rupnagar - Kiratpur Sahib and then entering the foothills of Himalaya Bilaspur - Sundernagar - Mandi - Bhuntar and Kullu. You can have a by pass option from Bhuntar to Naggar on the left Bank road.
By Train: The nearest railway station which is well connected is Kalka/Chandigarh is approximately 5-6 hours drive.
Note: The arrangement can be made for pick up and drop according to the requirements.

Myself Sandeep Banerjee, staying with my wife Mrs. Rimjhim Banerjee and daughter Ms. Hridee Banerjee in Kaisville Country Home at Kais. Our house is just in between Kullu and Manali district of Himachal Pradesh. Bhuntar airport in Kullu is just 20 Km away from our premises.
