This apartment is spacious, well-maintained, extremely well-located. It affords a balcony view of the Rue de la Paix and is a two block walk to the river. It has a large, well-equipped kitchen that is clean and modern. I was there by myself visiting our son and daughter-in-law who live nearby in Laval, but it would be perfect for a couple as well. The second bedroom is small with a twin-bed but could accommodate a child or another third person. The shower and sink are off the bedroom and are modern and function well. The toilet is in a separate room off of the kitchen. It was helpful to me to have a washer that worked well. The second bedroom was a good space for me to hang my clothes to dry. We usually stay across the river in Laval where the AirBandB prices are lower, but the convenience of this apartment was exceptional. Clement was very responsive to questions and was fine with a small change that I needed to make in my arrival date. We would definitely consider staying again. Carl

Clement's place was lovely. It was perfectly situated for our visit to a local conference. It was a short walk to the station and near to good bars and restaurants. If there are two of you staying separately (eg. with a colleague or friend), it's worth noting that the bathroom is shared with no dedicated door to ensure privacy. This wasn't a problem for us, but may be for others. I would definitely stay again and Clement was a great host!
