I enjoyed my stay at the Addison House, it was clean and check in was smooth, was exactly what I wanted.

I cancelled my stay within 30 minutes of arriving. Kitchen was closed due to COVID which was not communicated. The bathroom was also not as it appeared in the photos. I felt like a bit of a mug paying a lot of money and only getting half of what wad advertised. However, Lincoln and his staff could not be more helpful in sorting out my situation and agreed to a full refund which many hosts will not do. Hopefully Lincoln and his team will change the listing to be more accurate. Big shame as this place had lots of potential but wasn’t what I needed for my stay.

There was a big room, big enough for 3 simple beds. A very nice corner with view on the street. Chimney. Bad with shower and the smallest sink I ever saw :-). Only big hand towels. All in one a very nice room. Communal kitchen, items left there for breakfast (milk, cornflakes, toast, butter, jam, rolls, coffee from Nespresso coffee maker). 3 mins to the train station, approx. 30 min till London Waterloo. Many restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood.

Convenient place to stay for short business trip in Woking area. Really downtown, all restaurants, shops, pubs are very near.
