This is a beautiful villa with stunning views and access to the ocean. If you are looking for a peaceful , quiet place away from the crowds of the big hotels, this is the place. Karina was super responsive and helped us during the stay. Our family of 5 enjoyed the stay during spring break. One thing to note is that these villas are at the far end of the hotel zone and restaurants, shopping isnt within walking distance. You need a car or take the public transport (bus- which is convenient $1 one way) to go eat. Other than that, this is a beautiful place.

The villa and grounds are beautiful. My family spent a wonderful and relaxing week here and look forward to returning next year. It is clean, quiet, and steps away from a private beach.

Beautiful views! Can see both sunrise and sunset. Needs some updating. House instructions should be included. Overall a nice stay.

Great spot, spaced out layout- quiet area , right on beach, clean pool and super easy to get around the hotel zone strand for shopping and restaurants
