We had a great stay at the bungalow. Breakfast was really good and nice recommendations for what to do. They offer a lot like bike rentals and organizing the bus for us. The cleanliness of the room was good however could be a bit improved. Overall I would recommend this place as the family was very nice, great location and it had a nice vibe.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft. Es war leider häufig recht kalt und die Klimaanlagen reichen da leider nicht aus, innerhalb von wenigen einem Tag hat sich dann ein sehr muffiger Geruch in unserem Zimmer gefunden. Die Gastgeber waren super nett und hilfsbereit!! Unterm Dach befindet sich leider eine Maus, die uns ab und an schon vom Schlafen abgehalten hat, aber nichts gegen Großstadtlärm. Also alles in allem zu empfehlen!

We had such a wonderful time staying with Julia. She was the perfect host and helped us have the perfect stay in Ninh Binh. Great location, excellent room and all the amenities we needed. Can’t recommend it enough!!

J'ai eu le plaisir de passer quelques jours dans ce magnifique endroit, je recommande chaudement ce logement pour quiconque est soucieux d'avoir un endroit calme, propre et ravissant à partir duquel découvrir la région ! :) Nice, calm, cosy and clean place, close from the main interest points and far enough of the street's noise. I really recommend this location if you want to discover around there ! :)

Julia is a super host going above and beyond to ensure everyday was well spent. She provided great information to enjoy the Tam Coc area fully. There’s so much to do here I had to return again even before leaving Vietnam. Breakfast is great too.
